Our bedwetting alarms and sensors are covered by a six month warranty against faults and defects. Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange these items or offer a refund unless they are found to be faulty and have been used only in accordance with all accompanying instructions.

If you are unsatisfied with any of our other products, or have any problems, please contact us as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that the product is faulty we offer either a full refund or alternative product, we will also re-imburse you for any postage costs incurred. If the product is not faulty it must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.
